Where do I collect my Sunshine Ticket after purchase?
Passes must be collected from Wednesday 26 November via the Customer Service Desk on the Ground Floor, opposite Surf, Dive N' Ski, during centre opening hours.

Can I use the Sunshine Ticket more than once?
Each component of the ticket (like the movie ticket, burger, etc.) can only be redeemed once.

Are there any restrictions for the paddle boat hire?
Yes, children must be able to reach the pedals to ride alone. If a child cannot reach the pedals, they must ride with an adult who also needs a ticket. Weight limits also apply.

Can I share my Sunshine Ticket with someone else?
The ticket and its included experiences are non-transferable and intended for use by one person only.

What should I do if I lose my Sunshine Ticket?
